Before drilling anything, we plan the copper piping route and confirm with you — shortest run, neatest finish, no blind spots.
Wall bracket drilled and secured level. Indoor unit mounted correctly — not tilted, not loose.
Copper piping run from indoor to outdoor unit, insulated throughout. Route double-confirmed before any sealing or casing work.
Proper drain pipe gradient confirmed — water drains away from the unit, not back into it. Drain pump added where gravity drainage isn't possible.
Wiring from DB to outdoor unit and indoor unit. Isolator switch installed at the outdoor unit as required.
Outdoor condensing unit positioned for proper airflow clearance, secured on bracket or anti-vibration pads.
System vacuumed to remove moisture and air. Pressure held to confirm the piping is leak-free before refrigerant is added.
Refrigerant charged to manufacturer specification. Full test run — cooling temperature, drainage flow, and no abnormal noise confirmed before we leave.

A standard wall split unit installation takes 2–4 hours. Ceiling cassette and ducted units take longer — typically half a day. Multiple units in the same visit are scheduled as a full-day job.
Clear the area around where the indoor unit will be mounted. If you have a false ceiling, confirm access panel locations with your ID or contractor beforehand. For ceiling cassette and ducted, ceiling opening work should be completed before our visit unless we're handling that too.
Yes — we have experience with high-rise residential installations. For outdoor unit placement above ground floor, we'll assess the bracket position and safety requirements during the site visit.

The installation price range covers standard HP sizes (1.0HP to 2.5HP for wall split). Larger units or installations requiring longer pipe runs, additional trunking, or difficult access may be quoted higher — confirmed during site survey.
