Aircond installation covers two connected but distinct jobs — the indoor unit (mounted inside the room, handling airflow and drainage) and the outdoor unit (the condenser, handling heat rejection and refrigerant compression). Both need to be installed correctly and connected properly for the system to work reliably. Here's what each side involves.

Wall bracket drilled and secured level — an unlevel bracket causes drainage problems later, so this is checked before the unit goes up.
Unit hung on the bracket and seated correctly — not tilted, not loose, with a proper seal against the wall plate.
Copper piping and drain hose connected at the indoor unit end, insulated where it passes through the wall to prevent condensation drips.
Wiring connected to the indoor unit's terminal block, matched correctly to the outdoor unit's wiring for proper communication.
Fan speed, swing direction, remote or WiFi pairing, and display panel checked before moving to the outdoor connection.

The full line set vacuumed to remove moisture and air, then pressure-held to confirm there's no leak before refrigerant is released.
Refrigerant charged to manufacturer specification, then a full test run — cooling temperature, drainage flow, and no abnormal noise confirmed before we leave.
Yes — high-rise installations are common. We assess structural support and access (ladder, rope access, or scaffolding) as part of the site survey before quoting.
No — the indoor unit just needs a wall with a route for piping and drainage to reach the outdoor unit. It doesn't need to be near a window itself.
We're flexible. Buy your own unit from any retailer and we'll install it, or let us handle the supply and installation together.

A standard wall split unit installation takes 2–4 hours. Ceiling cassette and ducted units take longer — typically half a day. Multiple units in the same visit are scheduled as a full-day job.
Clear the area around where the indoor unit will be mounted. If you have a false ceiling, confirm access panel locations with your ID or contractor beforehand. For ceiling cassette and ducted, ceiling opening work should be completed before our visit unless we're handling that too.
Yes — we have experience with high-rise residential installations. For outdoor unit placement above ground floor, we'll assess the bracket position and safety requirements during the site visit.
All major brands — Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Samsung, LG, Midea, Acson, York, Carrier, Haier, and more. If you're buying your own unit, just share the model with us before the visit.
The installation price range covers standard HP sizes (1.0HP to 2.5HP for wall split). Larger units or installations requiring longer pipe runs, additional trunking, or difficult access may be quoted higher — confirmed during site survey.
