What Is a VRV / VRF System?
VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) refer to the same technology — VRV is Daikin's proprietary term, VRF is the generic industry name. Both describe a multi-split air conditioning system where a single outdoor condensing unit connects to multiple indoor units simultaneously, each independently controlled for temperature and operation.
This makes VRV/VRF the preferred system for commercial buildings, offices, and institutions — it delivers precise temperature control zone by zone, operates quietly, saves energy, and requires no bulky ductwork or false ceilings.

Our Track Record
Full multi-floor air conditioning installation for Munchy's commercial office. Level 23 received a complete VRV system with 12 outdoor condensing units and 32 ceiling cassette indoor units, covering the main open-plan workspace, meeting rooms, and support areas. Level 26 was fitted with 18 wall-mounted split units for individual office suites and enclosed rooms.
Works included full refrigerant piping runs, electrical wiring, drainage, and an auto-changeover distribution board for the VRV system with FCU run indicators and high-temperature alarm.

Full VRF installation for Block B of Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur — an institutional project covering classrooms, administrative areas, and common spaces across the block. The installation comprised 4 VRF outdoor systems with a total of 50 wall-mounted indoor units.
System configuration: 1 system at 22HP, 1 system at 12HP, and 2 systems at 30HP each — selected to match the different load requirements across zones within the building block.

Commercial air conditioning installation for LGMS Berhad's office premises, comprising a total of 32 indoor units across the workspace. The majority of units are ceiling cassette type covering open-plan office areas, with 7 wall-mounted units installed in enclosed offices, meeting rooms, and server room areas.

VRV air conditioning installation for a residential unit at The View @ Serai Saujana, Ara Damansara. The system utilises 2 second-hand VRV outdoor units connected to 8 indoor units across the property, with specialist humidity control units installed in selected zones.
The installation covers 5 standard ceiling cassette units, 1 ducted unit with humidity control, and 2 one-way ceiling cassette units with humidity control — giving the client precise temperature and humidity management in the key living areas.

Daikin VRV air conditioning installation currently on site for Lam Soon Management Services. The system comprises 2 outdoor condensing units — RXQ8AYM (8HP) and RXQ12AYM (12HP) — serving 6 indoor units: 5 ceiling cassettes and 1 concealed ducted fan coil across the office floor. A separate split-unit scope adds 3 standalone units — 2 wall-mounted units serving the server room and 1 ceiling cassette in the meeting room.
Works in progress include refrigerant copper piping, hanger and bracket supports coordinated around the existing fire protection services, external riser trunking, ceiling cassette installation, and nitrogen pressure testing ahead of commissioning.
