A two-floor corporate office needed consistent, quiet cooling across open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms and enclosed offices — with the flexibility to run floors independently.

Designed and installed a full VRV system on Level 23 with 12 outdoor condensers and 32 ceiling cassettes, plus 18 wall-split units on Level 26. Works covered refrigerant piping, electrical, drainage, and an auto-changeover distribution board with run indicators and high-temperature alarm.

A design-led office with a bold themed interior needed cooling that performed evenly across open-plan areas, private offices, meeting rooms and a server room — without disrupting the aesthetic.

Installed 32 indoor units — mostly ceiling cassettes across the open-plan floor, with 7 wall-mounted units in enclosed offices, meeting rooms and server areas. Layout and grille positions were planned around the interior design.

An entire school block — classrooms, admin areas and common spaces — required reliable, easy-to-maintain cooling that could handle high daytime occupancy.

Delivered a full VRF installation for Block B: 4 VRF outdoor systems serving 50 wall-mounted indoor units, using Panasonic FSV EX. Corridor M&E and cable-tray works were coordinated throughout the block.

A commercial office fit-out requiring a Daikin VRV system plus dedicated cooling for the server room and meeting room — installed cleanly around existing fire-protection services.

Installing 2 Daikin outdoor systems (RXQ8AYM + RXQ12AYM) serving 6 indoor units (5 cassettes + 1 concealed ducted), plus a separate 3-unit split scope — 2 wall units for the server room and 1 cassette for the meeting room. Currently at piping, bracketing and commissioning stage.
