More Than Just a Filter Wipe-Down
A normal "wash" only cleans the front filter. A chemical wash goes inside — we open up the entire indoor unit casing, spray chemical coil cleaner directly onto the evaporator coil and fan blade, then rinse everything until the water runs clear. This is the only way to remove the dirt, mold, and bacteria that build up deep inside the unit over time.

Our Step-by-Step Process
Check Gas & Inspect Unit
We check the refrigerant gas level and inspect the unit for any other existing problems before starting.

Protect the Surroundings
Plastic sheeting and a water collection bag are set up around the unit to protect your walls, furniture, and flooring.

Open Front Cover & Dismantle Indoor Unit
The front cover is opened and the indoor unit casing is dismantled to begin the chemical service.

Dismantle Indoor Unit Parts
Filter, fan blade (blower), and other removable parts are taken out for thorough cleaning.

Chemical Service
Chemical coil cleaner is applied to the evaporator coil, fan blade, and casing to break down dirt, mold, and bacteria.

Clean All the Water
All chemical residue and dirty water is rinsed and wiped clean from every part.

The reassembled indoor unit is mounted back onto the wall bracket in its original position.

Vacuum & Leak Check
We vacuum the system and check to make sure there is no refrigerant gas leaking.

Flush Drain Hose
The drain hose is flushed through to clear any blockage and ensure smooth water drainage.

Perform Test
We power on the unit and run a final test to confirm cooling performance, drainage, and no abnormal noise.

Typical duration: 45–90 minutes per unit depending on type (wall split vs. ceiling cassette) and how dirty the coil is. Recommended frequency: once every 12 months for normal household use, more often in kitchens, workshops, or heavy-use commercial spaces.
